
Bunya Pines are pre - historic survivors, and central to the human story of the mountains named after them. The mountains are a refuge of biodiversity harbouring ancient species.
The mist rose as the sun was setting, and didn’t lift till the next morning. The mist gives these trees an other worldly feeling as does their unusual dome like shape.
